How do I apply?

For all of our full-time courses, short courses and apprenticeships, you can apply on our website. Fill in the form with your details and click submit to send your application to us.

We will then review your application and will be in touch via email to let you know if we can offer you a place on the course of your choice. It is important that you check your email regularly after you have applied in case we need more information, and so that you can respond promptly to your offer.

When should I apply?

For our full-time courses, we recommend applying as soon as possible. Offers are sent on a first come, first served basis.

For short courses, it is best to apply as soon as the course is advertised as places on these courses are limited and they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

For apprenticeships, you can make an enquiry at any point during the year. We may not always have a live apprenticeship vacancy to offer you, but we will keep your details on file and get in touch should a suitable vacancy arise.

When can I enrol for my course?

Enrolment is completed in person at the Luxe Beauty Academy in Lagos. You can only enrol if we have offered you a place.

 

Each course has a specific day and time to enrol in late August. You’ll be sent an email inviting you to an enrolment day after you have accepted your offer of a place by making a payment. We’ll also send you a reminder by text message a couple of days before.

 

Please ensure you can attend at the specified day and time. Attendance at enrolment is compulsory and the date cannot be changed. If you miss your appointment, you will not be enrolled and you will not be able to start your course.

 

You’ll need to bring proof of your identity and address, and your exam results certificates.

What if English is not my first language?

No worries! While English doesn’t have to be your first language, a reasonable level of comprehension is necessary for our video-based courses with verbal instruction. If it takes a few tries to understand, that’s completely normal! You have the flexibility to re-watch the videos as often as you like – we’re here to support your learning journey!

CHOOSING A COURSE

How do I find out which course is right for me?

You can find details of all our courses on our website under the ‘Courses’ menu.

If you are aged 16-18 and have no previous qualifications in beauty therapy, hairdressing or make-up, you may wish to consider a beginner level course. If you already have a relevant qualification, you can apply for an intermediate or advanced level course.

I’m already qualified, what course should I take?

if you are already a qualified Beauty Therapist (with a Level 3 qualification) we offer advanced courses at the London College of Beauty Therapy to boost your skills and earning potential. Our CIBTAC Level 4 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice is ideal for those wanting to expand their practice into advanced clinical techniques such as chemical peels and blemish removal. 

We also offer a number of one-day short courses in specific techniques such as Lash Extensions, Brow Lamination and Spray Tanning.

Can I take more than one course at a time?

This entirely depends on your current skill level and dedication you're willing to put in. 
 
We generally advise one course at a time, but we are also all for Tailor your experience to achieve the specific outcome you’re looking for.

ENROLMENT

When can I enrol for my course?

I am away during enrolment. What should I do?

Attendance at enrolment is compulsory and the date for your enrolment cannot be changed. Please ensure you are available, as you will not be able to start your course if you have not enrolled.

What will my timetable be and when will I get my timetable, kit and uniform?

You will be fitted for your uniform at enrolment, and you will also receive your timetable the same day. 

You’ll receive your kit and your uniform on your first day during your induction. 

FEES & FUNDING

How much will a course cost per year?

How do I make a payment?

Once you have received an offer from us, you will need to make a payment to accept the offer of a place. Without payment, your offer is not secure.

To make a payment, call us on 09167696118 and ask to be transferred to Central Admissions.

If you are having financial difficulties, there is an option to contact our finance department who can provide you with other options for payment.
